簡介
Polycarbonate (PC)
Amorphous thermoplastic polymer featuring good optical and electricalproperties, therefore largely used in optical and electricalapplications. High strength, stiffness and impact resistance, heatresistant up to at least 130°C, but scratch sensitive. Hence, PC has tobe protected with scratch-resistant layers for applications underabrasion, e. g. by hardcoat plasma deposition or by coating with scratchresistant wet coating upon plasma activation.
