簡介
Inductive plasma
Plasma not generated by an alternating electrical field but by anexternal inductive coil under alternating current. The resulting plasmais stable from rough vacuum up to ambient pressure. The temperature ofsuch a “plasma torch” is in the range of 10000 to 20000 K.
