Foil treatment
Polymer foils can be treated (coated or activated) in a plasma. Devicesleading the foil through a high vacuum chamber from outside (ambientpressure) are not feasible, therefore, the treatment is performed inmulti-chamber systems, in which the take-up and supply reels are in avacuum and the treatment area is in a high vacuum.
