	Coating adhesion Adhesion of a cured coating layer on the substrate, given in N/mm², basedon intermolecular forces between coating and substrate. Two preconditionsfor sufficient coating adhesion are the presence of suitable functionalgroups and the surface’s purity from nonadherent impurities. Both can beaccomplished by plasma treatment.
